im soo frantic or manic ..i am taking the new drug called vistariel,,its OK but i could use a valium really-

Yesterday i mised the appt i had out at "shaddy park" sandypark clinic,,due to me getting lost on the west side of town,,its crazy roads are all blocked and under construction
then i went today to F and C but amuy moore is out with the stomach virus sooo...nothing has been done and its all still up in the air for now.

..,it has never stayed so hot for so long = most years we only have 2 or 3 days where it gets this hot but this is going on and on like its normal,,i see global warming right here at home,, it doesnt take a scientist to see that its TOO HOT and its not normal

these are my viruses i cannot get removed, im stillworking on it.
big time bugs from downloading music & videos.
at least i have BOTH drives showing now,,i could not access my other 180 gig OR my plextor to burn...it took a a day to break it down and redo - everything. IDE and nic card were not working.
IE would just collapse on me while just browsing.. i just used firefox until IT started to do the same dame thing -
i knew then that i cannot ignore these viruses,,and i should fix it,,sooo,,,thats what ive been doin' . messing with the the guts of my 'puter.
I wish i could buy a new puter,,i "want windows 7 "coming out.

its a cold sunday morning,ive been up since 7.00ish...i feel weird.
Iive been loookin at the latest UFO stuff and trying to be quiet and meditate on positive things.
the cats are frisky cuz its cold, and the weather is calling for storms to come in,,with ice and snow? we'll see tho-you never know with our weather....it can change in a split second.
i still feel that punch in the gut feling,,im stressed and tryingNOT to be stressed.

Ive been really "task-buzy" lately, that alwys leads to pain then rest then the cycle spins again,we absolutely have no mola, ive gotta be creative and think of gifts for loved ones and friends this Xmas, i also have tol list and try to sell patsy's things(not too much-just garage-sale stuff)
THIS computer has a new VIRUS and it wont go away,,LOL,,i can fix it, i just feel lazy about it.
i have a big ol jealous black cat in my lap,,hes real mad at the baby .... ive never seen such jealousy - i cant believe how he is acting toward the baby,,ive seen him
just out right hissssss and swat out at her,,i popped him and reminded him,hey shes just a lil'baby...dont be so mean..he frowns..and waits for his next chance to gt her. We clipped her nails, they were OhSO sharp, easy to do and we also gave that lil girl a long flea bath and she was a reall sport, her coat is so pretty.

today=sunday-cold weather -very unusual 4 this time ofyear

lucky- the second storm we escaped by a hair- closecall- feel real sorry for the "east"

today is sunny but cold-,,im exhausted now and its only 10.30..but ive been up from 5.30-must......go..........l a y down 4 now-......ZZzzzzzzz
Im back up,,i awoke at 1.30pm and feet were painful for at least an hour before normal set-in.
im out of it,i have bad ba splitz on alot of my finger tips and i thought if stay away from water on my hands it would help,,,nope - i get those splits n my finger tips nl matter what,
hell,,im gonna take a pic =

these splits will wake me up from a sound sleep middle of the nite,,i MUST get vasiline or some kind of oil on them - to stop the pain -they can reallly cause some serious pain- ive had these splits as long as RA ( i think its part of my RA somehow)

morning Burrrrr cold.

1st picture is me in the morning,,then after about 3.00pm,,aftern apping,big diff..i have not been feeling very well i have no energy at all-,,been very sleepy and unable,,the pain is in my elbows,,i NEED to photo them,to document the swelling and redness ,,,also in my feet . They will not stop hurting -they hurt all the time,,i feel it most when i wake up,,the" RA bugs"=are realllllly buzy attacking me while i sleep,,, every time i wake up its the first thing i feel,,my hurting toes and ball of my foot hurt so badly,,im wondering if i may end up w/ bad feet,,that would suck... (i think my depression shows in my pictures)

October again,my fav month and its been such perfect weather i hate to take my naps in day -to miss on such beauty hard to do-but my naps in the daytime r sooo nessessary, i have discovered hat i really need them - i can get away w/o a nap for a day or two, but then i get moody and cry- alot if i dont- sooo the POINT=Kelly says take your nap today,so tonite will be OK.
